G3 Comms, the global communications systems integrator, has announced a new partnership with technology recruitment specialists, Ingenio, who have been retained to support the company’s recent rapid expansion and longer-term growth plans. Ingenio will deliver a managed service which includes the outsourcing of all recruitment, a dedicated team onsite at G3’s London head office, a number of HR activities alongside a 360 degree feedback and evaluation tool. Ingenio has already started working on briefs for six new roles across network operations, project management and sales.
Ingenio Director, Rob Magee, believes the close working relationship with G3 will bring out the best in the partnership. He said: “We’re delighted and very proud to be operating as G3’s dedicated recruitment arm – this is a business changing engagement for us, and we’re ecstatic to be doing this with such an innovative client. Working onsite as an extension of the team gives us a valuable inside track on many of the intangibles that don’t appear on a written recruitment brief. This means that our focus on sourcing exceptional talent for G3 will also deliver people who are ideally suited to their culture, whilst managing costs and helping reduce the time to hire.”
James Roberts, CEO of both G3 and Genius, commented: “Innovation and integration are the key drivers in today’s most progressive unified communications applications and connectivity solutions, and our business is perfectly placed to capitalise on both. To ensure we remain at the top of our game and achieve our future goals, we need to continue recruiting the best in the business, because the real value of what we offer is in the expertise of our people. Ingenio has a proven track record in our market, and we’re very happy to have them on board. They offer a refreshingly honest approach and are a great fit with our existing team.”
Ingenio is a specialist recruitment business for technology professionals and our purpose is to source exceptional talent for leading service providers and enterprise companies across the communications technology and cyber practices. Ingenio was founded in 2015 and has offices in London and Dublin.
